The silence also is spitefully still.

Deadly Silence

(1)

They go, they come, go and come again,
you're not sure, it seems ever so quietly,
and suddenly in the peace of my songs
again, the siren screams, shrill annoying.

I listen to: whether they are more daring,
my cell is once again threatened?

On those nights, and from those days

will never be anything other than death.

We (Vanni residents) to wait in fear, hesitation and begin
petrifies is to give us the time Graus
and leaves me in previous ones do not escape
and not to the future.

The siren screams.

Are there any "Tamil Eelam" fairy tales, which end happily?
Believe the soul is hard,
often disappointed; comforting legends
lie to my sorrow no more.

It was rejected, what I crave,
and my prayer for peace is not heard.

Soothes and now the siren warns (...),
when they once again reflect the bother?

Crashes from the failure of the bolt down on me
at the moment, but because I want to be happy?
They go, they come, go and come again.
The silence also is spitefully still.

At midnight the Vanni mother wakes up in her grave.

The old woman has no face. Smell after your bones withered flowers.

In the bare skull to move the glowing eyes.

She uses her head: "I heard you call,Where are you son? "

I lie in the bunker,Mother,
Before my eyes, the death of her rusty spider web tense.
Blood drops of the rain shelter in the Vanni, a string of Sri Lanka!

"Come with me into the grave, son, Protect yourself so that I! "

Bird of the Vanni to disappear without trace in this day
